NEOSHO'S FUTURE 2023 is a ballot measure with a no levy increase to fund approximately $14 million worth of projects. Debt service levy would remain at $0.64 of $100 assessed valuation of real estate and personal property, until 2043, a six-year extension from the previous measures.
